Meet Our Chief Talent Officer

Carmen Sapara is Chief Talent Officer at Crosskeys Talent Solutions where she is responsible for serving clients through comprehensive strategies and solutions surrounding their specific hiring needs. These include recruiting, coaching, client success workshops, onboarding implementation and outplacement services. She previously led the Talent Solutions division at AmPhil, where she was responsible for leading multiple engagements for nonprofit clients, cultivating strong relationships, and managing the talent solutions team. Before joining AmPhil, Carmen was Director of Talent Acquisition for Forian, a Life Science analytics start-up. There she developed technical talent pipelines as well as marketed the internal talent platform for recruiting initiatives.

Thirty years ago, Carmen began her career in the recruiting and talent solutions field as Manager of Shain Associates, an executive search firm. Her clients ranged from small tech start-ups to the Fortune 500. Carmen has a BS in Education, graduating with honors from Adelphi University and holds a Certification in (Healthcare) Navigation from the Dr Harold Freeman Institute. She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her wonderful husband and enjoys supporting their local community and renovating their 1863 farmhouse.
